I’ve purchased two vehicles there and all around I have positive things to say from the sales team to my numerous maintenance visits(mainly oil changes)and the amazing folks there. I must share I’m very sad to see the 3 oil changes for $70 and change go. You no longer have that offer. I hope to see emails or mail with offers pertaining to such a great deal in the near future…

I came in for maintenance, oil change etc. my car was not running up to par. So they ran some checks. I have a 2016 Nissan Altima 3.5SR with 64,000.00miles. The transmission code came up. So the Service Department talked with the cooperate office due to the amount of miles on my vehicle. The issue was taken care of and I appreciate the extra time spent to help me out. Thank you to the Service Department at Metro Nissan of Redlands they are Terrific!!

My advisor was mr. dennis for my very first visit until my second visit this month. He made sure the right things to be done were done. Mr dennis itemized everything and made sure all prices were right. All staff including adan was very accomodating. I appreciate my mechanic on my recent visit, name was Cesar as he thoroughly discussed what needs to be done. Surprisingly, my battery test failed and needed it changed. I felt safer. i think the team that day made a very good job.

We’ve had a good experience with Carlos but our problem has not yet been resolved with the car. So no real viable solution provided.

I was a bit frustrated by no one tending to the phone lines. On multiple attempts on differing days, simply no answer during business hours. Why?

Not a place that I would purchase a car from or have a long lasting business relationship (not geared towards customer/only what makes their operation easiest).

The people are always friendly there. Shortly after I had knee surgery, one of the salesmen put the tag on my car because I couldn't bend down. The mechanics there have always taken great care of my car. I have great confidence in Metro Nissan.I wish I had bought my Nissan there!
